A network outage affecting many customers is currently in progress.
We are currently experiencing a major problem with one of core
switches which is affecting a sizable portion of our network. Our
network engineers are working to repair the problem as soon as
possible. The outage has affected many customers including those on the
value network and those with secondary IP allocations that are based
all or in part on this particular core switch.
We will post additional announcements as we have additional information
and a complete explanation of the problem once the matter is resolved.
