Performance and Network Updates |
Dear Highly Valued Customers,
In order to provide you with the best game server hosting technology,
we will be dropping the following locations; Los Angeles, Toronto,
Seattle, and Atlanta. These locations are being shut down to collocate
space to our new premium, high performance and stable network.
In about 14 days or less, we will be moving all clients to our new
Core2Quad Processor Server hardware to maximize performance and stability
of your game server customers. The locations of the new servers are located in
datacenters at: San Jose, Texas, Chicago, and New York. All customers
will be credited a week for the inconvenience. Expected downtime for this move is two hours or less, and will be done at the most lowest traffic
times. Please note that all IP addresses will be changing and no data
will be moved over since these will be new, fresh networks and boxes.
We will need you to backup all information that you wish to be saved.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and
your community, but please remember this will be for the better of our
customers.
Also in the making, we will be changing our Game Server Control Panels!
We have a brand spankin’ fully custom panel for you. This panel will
resolve all current issues such as (but far to limited to) the HLTV
issue on some of our locations. You will have a ton more control of
your server with even more features. Its functionality will baffle you
for years to come.
If you require support, please be sure to submit a support ticket
within our billing panel which you currently use to pay for your
services of HypedGaming. Once again, we are extremely sorry for the
inconvenience this may cause you and your community. Although, this
change is for the good and you will more then satisfied.
TO MAKE THIS MOVE EVEN EASIER, ALL CUSTOMERS COLLOCATED TO THE NEW BOXES AND LOCATIONS WILL RECEIVE 25% OFF THEIR GAME SERVER INVOICE!
